Compared with other humidifying and purifying systems,such as vaporizers, ultrasonic misters, and evaporative systems that use filterpads, the Venta system of cold evaporation has enjoyed rapid market success.

Though the Venta-Airwasher is relatively small, stacks of disks rotating in the water offer up to 45 sqft of surface area. This is more than the surface area of the water in two bathtubs -providing  maximum humidifying efficiency.
